These terms apply to your use of hexcor.ca. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The product is not for sale

HEXCOR is a prototype in development. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, and answering the poll or leaving your email does not reserve a product, set a price or create any obligation for you or for us. Release dates, prices, designs, materials, sizes and features are not final and may change or never happen.

Not medical advice

HEXCOR is being designed as a general fitness and wellness product. It is not a medical device and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, monitor or prevent any disease or medical condition. It has not been reviewed or licensed by Health Canada. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Always talk to a qualified health professional about your health. In an emergency, call 911.

Images, film and data on this site

• The concept film and lifestyle images were made with AI tools. They do not show real people or a finished product.
• The 3D model is drawn from the current design files and may not match the final product.
• The heartbeat trace is built from a real recording made with the prototype. It is shown to illustrate the technology, and it is not a medical reading or a promise of how the finished product will perform.
• HEXCOR is in development. Features described on this site are what it is being built to do, and they may change.
• Waterproofing is a design requirement. HEXCOR has not been water tested yet, and it will not be sold unless it passes.

Our content

The HEXCOR name, logo, text, images, film, 3D model and design on this site belong to HEXCOR. You may share links to the site and view it for personal use. Please do not copy, reuse or sell our content without written permission.

Your feedback

If you send us ideas or answer our questions, we may use that feedback to improve HEXCOR without owing you anything for it. We will still handle your personal information as described in our privacy policy.

Using the site fairly

Please do not try to break, overload or misuse the site, sign up other people without their permission, or use automated tools to submit forms.

No warranty

The site is provided as is. We try to keep it accurate and online, but we cannot promise that it will always be available, error free or up to date.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, HEXCOR is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using this site or relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
